Here are some pics of my now finished Daytona Special,
obviously these pics are outdated as you can see the tank
was still in primer gray. The crank was rebuilt by MotoCarrera,
who also supplied the pipes, (Millenium G.P) though I think they
screwed up the final angle (the cans sit too low). It has been
ported (mildly) and chamfered. The carbs are jetted at 240. I run
Boysen reeds, Wiseco Pistons in '77 cylinders on their first-over bore.
It also has a Barnett clutch. The rearsets are by Raask of Sweden other
mods are mainly cosmetic as seen in the pics (rear tailight now sit
higher than in pic to allow for plate) and turnsignals.
